Students can get in shape over the summer

Students in grades 6-12 can train with John King, high school physical education teacher and exercise physiologist, in the school’s weight room this summer at no charge.  Students can train with King on individualized programs or on programs provided by their coaches.  This is free to all students.  The hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 a.m. to noon for the weight room only; Tuesday and Thursday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the weight room followed by an intense speed and agility session from 11 a.m. to noon on the track and turf.
